How can I obtain a Charity Bib?
You can obtain a Charity Bib by reaching out to a participating NGO. The NGO will provide you with the necessary information and steps for donation and registration.
How are Charity Bibs allocated to NGOs?
Charity Bibs are distributed to NGOs on a first-come, first-served basis. Each NGO is initially allocated three bibs, and they can request more as long as bibs are available.
Is there a fee to acquire a Charity Bib?
Yes, NGOs are required to pay a flat fee of INR 600/- for each bib they block with aidbees. This fee is non-refundable.
How do I register as a Charity Bib runner?
Step 1: Request a Charity Bib through the official website or via the NGO’s page.
Step 2: Complete the donation process directly with the NGO.
Step 3: Once the donation is confirmed, the NGO will provide you with a paid code and registration link.
Step 4: Use the paid code to complete the run registration on the official TCSW10K website.

What happens if the NGO is unable to provide the Charity Bib?
If an NGO is unable to distribute a Charity Bib, runners can directly contact aidbees via email to request the distribution of their bib from the aidbees counter at the Expo.
How can I make a donation for a Charity Bib?

After completing the registration process, you can collect your Charity Bib at the Get Active Mirchi Expo at the aidbees counter, provided your registration is approved.
What is the process if I am part of the timed run category?
All 10K timed runners must select the timed run option during registration. Requests to add a timing certificate later will not be accepted.
Can I register with a physical form or make donations in person?
No, aidbees does not accept physical runner forms or offline donations. All donations must be made directly to the NGO, and registration must be completed online.
Do I need to provide donation proof to aidbees?
Yes, after making your donation, the NGO must send proof of the donation to aidbees for verification before the paid code and registration link are issued.
How does the NGO determine the cost of the Charity Bib?
While NGOs can set the price for the Charity Bib, it must be at least equal to or greater than the minimum donation amount set by aidbees. The donation collected by the NGO will go directly to the NGO.
Can I change my race category after getting a Charity Bib?
Once a Charity Bib is allocated, it can be converted to any race category, as long as bibs for that category are still available.
