REFUND

1. All Donations / Contributions made through the Platform shall be strictly non-refundable. All donations / contributions and payments are final and cannot be refunded.

2. The user will have to contact the recipient Organization directly for refund of the donation/ contributions or any other payment made and such Organization shall deal with the request of refund directly at its sole discretion and policy.

3. The Platform or Aidbees shall not have any liability for refund in any circumstances. Even if the recipient Organization decides to refund the donations / contribution, the Platform fee charged by Aidbees and Payment Gateway charges shall still be non-refundable.
