OUR APPEAL

Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings from Sevabharathi!

Sevabharathi Kanyady a NGO serving the rural economically backward people since 2004. We have impacted 25,000 people through various interventions like Inculcating Indian culture to students, Skill & Personality Development, Organizing Health Camps, Livelihood Training, Agricultural Support & Rural women Empowerment. It's been 5 years since Sevabharathi started working on aspects of Rehabilitation of people with Spinal cord Injury(PwSCI).

These PwSCI are not born disabled some incidents/accidents make them bedridden. They have been deprived of the facilities from the government & lack of awareness about rehabilitation, causes secondary complications & make them permanently disabled or bedridden.
But the intervention of Community based and institution based rehabilitation could develop skills, build confidence and make them do their work on their own.

Our intervention has identified 635 People with Spinal Cord injury & noticed the need of Medical kits & Self Care kits on a daily basis. Which put them in financial hurdles. TCS W10K Run Marathon is an opportunity to raise funds for the requirement of Self Care & Medical Kits. We invite you to participate in Marathon by being a care champion or by donating towards the requirements. So requesting you to support the noble cause. We as a team of 10 Champions with Disability and 10 staff will be participating in the TCS World 10K run on 28th April 2024.

We take this opportunity to thank all the kind hearted people who supported us throughout our journey of services. Your Donation has helped us in improving the lives of many people with disabilities.

Thank you for your support!
Yours sincerely,
Team Sevabharathi
