Children in urban poor communities dream of better futures - of becoming doctors, engineers, athletes, and more. But these dreams are often dimmed by a lack of support, guidance, and confidence, causing many to stray from a path full of potential. At Makkala Jagriti, we believe in the power of children to break barriers and rise above their circumstances. Over the years, we have been proud to witness thousands of children transform their lives and become role models in their communities. From winning medals for India on global platforms to becoming bankers, teachers, corporate trainers, and medical professionals—these children have shown us that nothing is impossible. Our learning centres in urban poor communities are spaces of transformation—and they need your support to continue and grow.
