We are an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization working for the holistic development of neglected and needy children.
Growing up in poverty, kids face tough challenges: hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and medical services, gang violence, social discrimination and isolation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Together, we can transform the lives of children in poverty. It starts right here, right now when you help a child.
Education is the most important tool for overcoming poverty and unemployment, and it should be prioritized. Additionally, it benefits the commercial environment and the entire country. As a result, the higher a country’s educational education, the better its development prospects are perceived to be. Additionally, this education benefits a person in a variety of ways. It enables a person to make a more informed and rational decision by putting their knowledge to use. This increases a person’s chances of success in life. As a result, education also plays a role in facilitating the development of a more fulfilling way of life.
Child Support Foundation is an NGO registered under Indian public trust act. This trust is formed with an intention of supporting neglected and needy children in Karnataka we at child support foundation mainly focus on over all holistic development of under privileged kids.

Emergency Medical support

1) Master Rafi is just 3 Years old baby suffering from B Cell ALL (Acute lymphoblastic leukemia)recently diagnosed at St.John's Hospital Bangalore and has been on treatment for the same. The estimated Cost of the treatment is Rs. 7,00,000 to 8,00,000/- Master Rafi is just 3 Years old baby from Begur, Bengaluru, Karnataka who has been diagnosed with B Cell ALL (Acute lymphoblastic leukemia) he is being treated by Dr. Jyothi Paediatric hemoto Oncologist advised this patient to undergo Intensive and Maintenance Chemotherapy. Unfortunately, Rafi belongs to the economically weaker section and has single parent Father expired long back and mother is the earning person .Due to the long stay in the hospital, the family is finding it difficult to manage the financial burden of treatment. Her salary is not enough for their day-to-day life. Meanwhile, this treatment cost is highly risky to face the expenses. Hence this case was referred to us for financial assistance by St.John's Hospital Bangalore. 2) Baby K Vinujnais just a 3 Years 6 months old girl suffering from GROUP E LEFT EYE RETINOBLASTOMA (EYE CANCER) treating at She needs Chemotherapy and other supportive care at Rainbow Children's hospital Vijayawada. Andhra Pradesh. The estimated Cost of the treatment is Rs.4,37,000/- Baby Vinujnais just a 3 Years 6 months old girl from Mahadevapuram village West Godavari (Dist) Andhra Pradesh who has been Suffering with Left Eye Retinoblastoma (EYE Cancer) who has been diagnosed with She is being treated by Dr. Veena Akkineni, MD, DM Pediatric Oncology advised this patient to undergo Chemotherapy and Supportive care treatment The patient's family is from a rural background with low socioeconomic status. Due to the long stay in the hospital, the family is finding it difficult to manage the financial burden of treatment. His father kannuri Raju is the only one who is an earning member. His salary is not enough for their day-to-day life. Meanwhile, this treatment cost is highly risky to face the expenses. Hence this case was referred to us for financial assistance by Rainbow Children's hospital Vijayawada. Andhra Pradesh. 3) Soga Pallavi is just a 8 months old girl suffering from BILATERAL RETINOBLASTOMA (EYE CANCER) She needs Chemotherapy and other supportive care at Rainbow Children's hospital Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh The estimated Cost of the treatment is Rs.4,37,000/- Pallavi is just a 8 months old girl from Piduguralla village Palnadu (Dist) Andhra Pradesh who has been Suffering with Bilateral Retinoblastoma (EYE Cancer) She is being treated by Dr.Veena Akkineni, MD, DM Pediatric Oncology advised this patient to undergo Chemotherapy and Supportive care treatment The patient's family is from a rural background with low socioeconomic status. HUNGRY HATAAV

There are more than 10000 people who are taking care of patients who are supposed to be family members of admitted patients in government hospitals at Bangalore. Most of these people are from outside, especially from rural areas and belong to economically weaker sections. They are taking care of these patients with empty pockets and struggling to fill their empty stomach. However admitted patients will get food from the hospital but people who take care of them are in deep trouble. CHILD SUPPORT FOUNDATION understands this situation and launched a program called HUNGRY HATAV. Every day (Mon to Sat) our vehicle will go to these hospitals with food pockets and distribute them to needy ones. This is not a one day activity this will be the daily program. Initially we are feeding about 400 peoples in a day. Now through donor support we extend it 450 plus food packets. We would like this program to take it to the next level and target beneficiaries at least 1000 lunches a day. Initially we will distribute food packets at INDIRA GANDHI CHILDREN HOSPITAL later we love to spread to Nimhans, Victoria, Bowring hospitals. Also CHILD SUPPORT FOUNDATION will distribute masks, sanitizers to this community. We started our free midday lunch program on November 14 and journey is going very smoothly. We are extremely happy to inform you that lot of hungry stomachs filled by us. and most of them are from rural areas and are patient take carers. in around SANJAY GANDHI AND INDIRA GANDHI HOSPITAL (GOVT). After seeing our motto and service sanjay Gandhi hospital authorities have given us official permission to distribute the food. We thank them for giving us an opportunity to serve needy one This is just begun their is huge number of people who really needs food here by we are requesting you to come forward to support these people We thank all our donors, volunteers, supporters who are responsible for this noble cause.

Project Description	The HUNGRY HATAAV initiative provides daily meals to caretakers of patients in government hospitals in Bangalore. Many of these caretakers are primarily from economically weaker rural backgrounds and struggle to afford meals while caring for their loved ones. Sanjay Gandhi Hospital and INDIRA GANDHI HOSPITAL (GOVT) have been granted official permission to distribute food. Daily meal distribution has increased from feeding 450 to over 500 people daily, aiming to reach 1,000 meals. Additional support includes distributing masks and sanitisers
