I'm Mishka Jaysal, a 11 year old Grade 5 student who loves animals.
I have grown up with rescue animals around me as both my parents are active rescuers.
I have seen how much street animals suffer when they are ill and injured and most of them do not get the care they deserve and need.
I am a frequent visitor to Charlie's Animal Rescue Centre ever since I was 2 years old. Some of my best friends at CARE are Clifford, Roo Pup, Sophie, Smiley ( dogs) , Felix , Ivy, Bolt & Harley (cats). Most of these animals have special needs, some are blind, some are missing a leg and so on.
All these animals have come from the street in terrible conditions and have been treated at CARE.
By raising funds for CARE, I want to help more street animals in their time of need.
