Empowering Youth Through Sport – Support The One All Trust
Nirupama V.G. is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years in recruitment, having co-founded five firms in HR and AI and placed professionals across 55+ countries. She has served on the Board of AGI Miltec (a $1B Canadian firm), is on the Advisory Board of Thunderhawk (a U.S. staffing startup), and contributes to academia through the Board of Studies at MILES (Manipal Centre for Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship). She is also a professional coach, mentoring individual entrepreneurs and family offices, helping them navigate business growth and strategic decision-making.
Beyond business, she is committed to Social Causes. That’s why she is supporting The One All Trust, a remarkable initiative that uses Ultimate Frisbee to empower at-risk youth. Through sport, they teach leadership, teamwork, and gender equality, giving young people the skills they need to build a better future.
