I am Swarn, a long-distance runner whose journey transcends mere physical endurance. With 7 marathons and a challenging 50KM ultra under my belt, my running tells a story of resilience, determination, and triumph over adversity.
Since 2016, I have been on a mission to conquer not just miles, but also depression and health challenges that once held me back. As a marathoner for over 8 years, I know firsthand the transformative power of running for mental wellbeing.
I am also a certified yoga teacher and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist, who uses my experience to guide others on their path to emotional healing and inner peace.
Passionate about mental health advocacy, I take my message to as many people as I can, through platforms like "The Blessed Girl Show" podcast to deliver talks at events like the Women's Day Special at 315 Work Avenue.
For me, running isn't just about logging miles—it is a method to spread awareness, foster resilience, and ignite hope in others.
In my race towards a world where mental wellbeing reigns supreme, I am running for The Live Love Laugh Foundation whose mission I resonate with.
Run & donate to help me raise funds for the cause of mental health.
