Jayanthi is the Co-founder and Chairperson of Ad Astra Consultants Private Limited, an Executive Search & Recruitment firm. She comes with more than 27 years of rich and varied experience in Banking and Financial Services, Recruitment Consulting and Internet Services. She has been part of Senior Management globally with Societe Generale and ING Bank, to name a few. Jayanthi is on the Board of the Association of Physically Disabled. She drives Diversity and Inclusion at the grass-roots with a focus on Women, and Physically / Visually challenged.
Her CSR work focuses around the areas of girl child education, women’s health, inclusive education and special skills training.
