MY APPEAL

Welive Foundation, has made a significant impact on our lives. Their support has been invaluable, and I am motivated to give back in any way I can. My goal is to raise funds and awareness for WeLive, aiming to earn recognition and support for their noble cause.

I would like to win in this marathon and get a medal for WeLive, for this I need your support and motivation. Together, we could continue making a difference in the lives of others.

WeLive Foundation
WeLive Foundation is a 3-year old, Bengaluru-based NGO providing residential and non-residential Bridge Programs for young people (care leavers) who step out of childcare institutions (CCI) at the age of 18 (https://welivefoundation.org.in). We have 2 centres in Bengaluru providing a residential Bridge Program for around 60 young people, who had to leave their orphanages/shelter homes at the age of 18 when they became adults. Care Leavers, who leave care institutions at the age of 18, will benefit from a 3-5 year transition program to ease them into the world with confidence, skills, required mental and physical health.

Iam from Delhi. At the age of nine, I was sent to Samarpan Home, where I completed my 10th grade. With only my sister by my side, I embarked on a journey to build a better life. Now, I aspire to pursue a career in digital marketing and forge my path forward. Joining Welive Foundation has brought me immense joy, as they offer essentials like safe place to stay, clothing, food, and education. Currently, I have enrolled for an ICIC course, furthering my skills and knowledge.
