BKF is a voluntary organization that is funded entirely by the generosity of its donors. The unique feature of donations to BKF is that the funds are utilized entirely for the purpose intended by the donor. BKF puts on the line its reputation of over 40 years of integrity while making this commitment to donors.
We have impacted over 25000 lives so far in our journey by our motto of "painful living to gainful living". Total number of dialysis sessions conducted in our center since inception is more than 500000 (half million) sessions.
Over the past few years through our project "take dialysis to patient" we have established dialysis facilities in remote locations of Karnataka and enabled people suffering from CKD to undergo dialysis thus preventing certain death. We aim to cover more rural centers in the future so that no patient goes without dialysis. Everyone has a right to medical care and life.
Donations can be made towards the various projects and patient care activities of BKF
We also actively promote organ donation and organ tranplant. We have succesfully enrolled more than 1000 people to voluntarily opt for organ donation.
We invite all citizens to partner with us to make our country and community free of diseases
Help us raise funds for our specific needs.

Project Description | Objective : To provide affordable care to people suffering from CKD Scope : Offer dialysis treatment as a means to keep the patient alive and improve his/her quality of life Goals : Enable the patient to become self-sufficient, get back to productive work, mobility without a care giver and increase the chance for a successful kidney transplant |
